The Teutonic Province held a conference on November 3, 2025 at St. Josef College in Salzburg. The goal of the conference was to explain how conflict resolution procedures are to be implemented in order to solve the problems that might arise.
The topic of the presentation: “Conflict Dialogues Without Losers”
Christoph Alton explained to approximately 60 people how it is possible to resolve disagreements.
He calls his method the “Gold Rush Method.” We are to learn how to conduct a dialogue in which everyone involved in the conversation is a winner.
