June weekend – Sr. Shamani Mampende, SNDdeN It is that week when we come to say let faith lead, for reason cannot comprehend what we are about to express with our faith, Trinity Sunday. Trinity Sunday reminds us of our littleness, it reminds us of our prayer only helping us not God. It is a blessing to witness this Sunday to witness love, to witness mercy, to witness self-emptying, to witness humility beyond, to witness sublimity, to witness greatness, to witness the omnipotent, to witness the Hall of Fame of Heaven singing without end Holy! Holy! Holy! Lord God Sabaoth, (Isa 6:3). Friends in Christ, we gather to celebrate the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit Sunday. Actually, the Trinity has made us gather, like the Psalmist, to say “You are to be praised and highly exalted forever.” Indeed, our God deserves this worship. As we have come following his call that we gather around his table and as guests, let us fittingly perform in that manner for our glorification and of all his people.
