Mary Ann Hegner
I am a Catholic lay woman who received her MA in Religious Studies from the Mt. St. Joseph University. I completed a three-year training in Spiritual Direction with the Sycamore Spirituality Institute. I am a board-certified Catholic Chaplain and draw on my experience working with patients and families in a healthcare in my spiritual direction ministry. I have experience working with people in 12 Step programs. I am a wife, mother, and grandmother.
I see people at the Sisters of Charity Spirituality Center and at an office in the Hyde Park area. I am currently accepting new clients.
My approach to spiritual direction is to meet people wherever they are in their faith journey. We listen deeply together for the voice of the Divine. It is a privilege to listen and support others as they deepen their relationships with the God of their understanding.
