Sister Mary Anne Burkardt, SCN, died March 19, 2026, in Louisville at Nazareth Home. May she rest in God’s eternal peace.
Sister Mary Anne is survived by her SCN Community.
The funeral arrangements for Sister Mary Anne are as follows:
- A Wake will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, at Nazareth Home.
- She will arrive at Nazareth Motherhouse at 4 p.m. that same day.
- A second Wake will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, at Nazareth Motherhouse.
- The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 27.
- Services will be streamed at nazareth.org/live.
As the Community gathers in prayer, we commend Sister Mary Anne to God, trusting in the promise of new life.
