After a process of review and assessment with the Conference’s Board of Directors, we have decided to downsize our office space to better meet the evolving needs of the RFC. As most of our staff are now working in a hybrid manner (remotely and in-person, as needed) we no longer require a suite of offices. Downsizing space will enable us to direct critical resources to strategic areas of our mission while allowing us to hire the best fit for staff positions at the Conference, regardless of where they reside.
As a result, on Monday, July 15, the Conference will move its office to the Bridgeport Art Center (BAC) in Chicago.
The BAC is a multi-purpose space on the southside of Chicago in the Bridgeport neighborhood. Our home base at the BAC will provide a centralized location for organizational correspondence and provide a collaborative space for us to continue to offer exceptional member benefits, resources, and consultative services. We look forward to making the move this month and getting set up at the BAC. In the process of preparing for this move, the RFC was able to donate some office furniture and other items to a local parish to help with their refugee family resettlement program.
