People of Hope Museum Comes to Cincinnati

Sisters of Charity attended a special evening celebrating Catholic Charities USA’s People of Hope Museum on Friday, July 17, at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. The immersive traveling museum, housed inside a retrofitted tractor-trailer, shares more than 40 inspiring stories of neighbors helping neighbors through Catholic Charities ministries across the country. Following a tour of the museum, the Sisters joined community leaders for a reception in the Freedom Center’s Great Hall, which featured the New American Neighbors photo exhibit. The evening celebrated compassion, service, and the many ways communities come together to accompany those in need.
