The three new Missionaries definitively incorporated into the Society on 12th June 2025, were ordained deacons the next day. The event was hosted at Our Lady of the Precious Blood Kisasa Parish in the Archdiocese of Dodoma. The Prelate who officiated the ordination was Mons. Wilbroad Henry Kibozi the Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Dodoma. The newly built Parish Church was full of people from different parts of Tanzania, since Dc. Laurent Damas Kabila and Dc. Revocatus Bernard are natives of Kilimanjaro Region, while Dc. Yohannes Gerhald Mfilinge hails from Iringa Region. Dc. Laurent is doing his pastoral experience at Chibumagwa in Singida, Dc. Revocatus Bernard is doing his pastoral experience at Gunyoda Manyara Region and Dc. Yohannes is doing his Pastoral experience at Kunduchi in the Archdiocese of Dar es salaam. There was a big group of CPPS Lay apostolate from all these parts.

During his homily, drawing from the readings, Bp. Kibozi said that the new deacons are constituted as servants in the Lord’s tent just like Moses; sent to announce God’s words and are representatives of God’s people to make sure their joys and hopes, griefs and anxiety are presented in front of the altars of God. In this duty and pastoral responsibility, they need a support of prayer from the faithful so that they can accomplish it faithfully. He went on to remind them their duties as deacons, namely the preaching of the word of God, recitation of the liturgy of hours, service of communion to the sick and the needy and celebration of certain sacraments such as baptism and celebration of marriage.

After the eucharistic celebration all were invited for common agape and feasting both at St. Gaspar Conference Centre and some at the Kisasa Parish grounds. All the deacons were sent to continue their pastoral exercises at their assigned areas.
